Money Grabbers

Coupons
There are several ways that you can earn extra income and also save money on product purchases.  Using coupons can and will save you lots of money.  Almost every grocery store accepts in-store and manufacturer coupons.  A few grocery stores even offer a double and triple coupon program.  BE SURE TO CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL SUPERMARKET OR GROCERY STORE to see if and when the coupon can be doubled or tripled.  Also, be sure to get a full understanding of each stores rule for using coupons.

NOTE: If the coupon is for a free product most of the time you are required to pay only taxes on the product.

Product testing
Many companies allow the general public to become product testers for their company.  Becoming a product tester is free.  You can sign up with most companies through their website.  When they have products available for testing you will be contacted by phone, mail or e-mail to determine if you qualify for participation.   Product testing can be held at the company's site.  Some companies offer in-house testing where they will mail the product to your home for testing.  Upon test completion you may be able to keep the product.   However, some companies require the tester to send the product back to them.  Many companies offer points,  check or cash for testing their products.

Focus Groups
Another sure way to earn extra income is to participate in focus groups.  Focus groups are held by companies who are doing research studies for general or business ideas and consumer products.   A group of people chosen by the company to come together and share their ideas and opinions on the subject matter.  In order to participate in a focus group you must first apply for the study and be chosen to participate.  Focus groups are typically held at the research company’s business site.  The amount of pay for participation determines on the length of time it takes to complete the study.  Your check should arrive a couple of weeks after study completion.

Surveys
There are several companies who recruit survey takers please use discretion when signing up for these companies.  NOTE:  it should be free to sign up and participate.  If you have to pay then don’t bother.  Many websites offer points, gift cards, check or cash for taking their surveys.  These companies ask survey takers for general information such as their  demographics.  There are other questions which may be asked about future or current consumer products.
